Christin Lett, MA, LLP
I specialize in working with adults experiencing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety, and panic. I help clients break free from cycles of worry, fear, and avoidance so they can feel more grounded, present, and in control of their lives.
You might find yourself constantly overthinking, anticipating worst-case scenarios, or feeling like your mind is never quiet. Whether your anxiety feels like a constant background noise or comes in intense spikes, therapy can help you better understand what’s happening in your mind and body—and, more importantly, how to respond differently.
If you struggle with chronic worry, you may feel mentally exhausted from trying to think your way to certainty or control. Together, we’ll work on helping you step out of the cycle of overthinking, reduce reassurance-seeking, and build tolerance for uncertainty so that anxiety no longer runs the show.
My work is active and goal-oriented. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you gradually face feared thoughts, images, or situations without relying on compulsions. Over time, this helps reduce anxiety and weakens OCD’s hold.
I also integrate strategies from cognitive and behavioral therapies to help you:
Respond differently to intrusive thoughts
Build tolerance for uncertainty
Reduce reassurance-seeking and avoidance
Reconnect with your values and daily life
We move at a pace that feels manageable while still creating real progress.
Anxiety can be incredibly convincing—it tells you that worry is necessary, that avoidance is safer, or that something is seriously wrong. Therapy helps you step back from those patterns and build a new way of responding that feels more steady and sustainable.
